Meet Houston Kruse, Lifelines Neuro's technical customer experience specialist. Our Troy, IL-based customer experience team is renowned for its efficiency and skill. We're glad to have found Houston as we continue to grow due to increased demand for Lifelines Neuro products and services.
Houston's journey to Lifelines Neuro
Kruse graduated from Illinois College in Jacksonville, IL with a degree in Business Administration. His passion for baseball drove him to pursue a sports-related career using his freshly acquired knowledge. After graduating, he joined the Gateway Grizzlies in Sauget, IL as an intern, but eventually became the Assistant Box Office Manager.
Due to a lack of baseball games from COVID-19, Kruse could not continue his position and decided to turn his attention to finding a new career using his business administration skills.

What inspired you to join Lifelines Neuro?
"I've always wanted to do something with computers and technology - ever since I was a kid," says Kruse. Becoming more adept at sports as he grew, he considered a career in sports management but ultimately decided to keep sports as his hobby.
"Since starting at Lifelines Neuro, I'm learning more about EEGs and the technology that goes into each system," Kruse adds. "I'd like to help people and hope that patients and EEG service providers can benefit from my service." Since starting he's been shadowing Brendon Hutton, our resident technical customer experience expert, and will soon be taking support calls himself.
When you're not busy helping prepare EEG systems and providing customer support, what do you do?
Kruse lists his hobbies as playing baseball on Sundays in a men's league, watching sports on TV, generally being outside whenever possible, and playing computer games on his PC that he built himself.
Kruse is an excellent fit for the customer experience team due to his patience and empathy.
