- Clinical Research Project Coordinator
Work very closely with Contract Research Organization (CRO), medical directors, and other pharmaceutical personnel to facilitate successful study completion. Oversee that all study protocol objectives are met throughout the duration of a study. Coordinate with other team members to ensure study protocol deadlines are met and management of data collected during study
- Field Support Specialist
This position provides field and telephone based Technical Support and installation to all clients, including clinics, doctors’ offices, service providers, and hospitals, supporting networking, hardware and software used in the operation of Lifelines systems and equipment. Primary responsibility will be to provide onsite installation and support for all clients in the use of Lifelines Neurodiagnostic Systems.
- Technical Support Specialist
This position provides Tier 1 Technical Support to all clients, including clinics, doctors’ offices, service providers, and technologists, supporting both hardware and software used in the operation of Lifelines systems and equipment. Primary responsibility will be to provide telephone support for all clients in the use of Lifelines Neurodiagnostic Systems.
- Sales Support Specialist I
The Sales Support Specialist I will work directly with, and report to the VP of Sales, and will primarily assist in the day-to-day sales and operations of Lifelines. The Sales Support Specialist will provide support to sales personnel by assisting with the sales process; and will require client interaction, and product knowledge. This position works closely with Sales and Marketing.
