Trackit systems have an amazing reputation for reliable operation. Ask any of the many satisfied Trackit clients in the U.S., and you will quickly develop a picture of solid and reliable, service-oriented operation.

However, the very nature of ambulatory EEG exposes the system to a lot of wear and tear, as well as potential abuse and damage. If part or all of your system needs to be replaced, it will generally be shipped and arrive within 24 hours of the time you contact us. Our goal is to provide our clients with a timely response that allows you to minimize the downtime of your AEEG service.

All systems and accessories are backed by a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and performance. After your first year of using Trackit, extended warranty programs and service contracts are available. Our support contracts provide a free loaner AEEG system and rapid response to your technical support needs. Please contact our support department for more information about the contract options and costs.
